| POOL AND GROUNDS: The
villa is an extremely safe and private property. It is located on
a small winding road that rises from the town, passes a convent, then the
villa, winds past a couple of other properties before descending back down.
The villa property is walled and gated with a large garden area.
It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. A nearby convent
rises above cypress trees. The only neighbors are a nearby farm house
and the manor house up a nearby hill. The villa looks out on to a
wide expanse of hill country.
If you wake up early enough
you may see one of the friars from the convent pass by on their morning
stroll. Stay up till it gets dark and catch your fill of fireflies. |
